Since there are so many people involved in the process (buyers, attorneys, lenders, etc), anyone of them could potentially impede your closing. As a seller, it's important that you don't try to hide anything from your buyers, and especially not from your Realtor! Being completely honest about any potential problems with your home (the roof, structure, plumbing, radon, etc) is always your best bet!
